Network orchestration
Running a network of partner garages: routing, dispatch, rings, onboarding and commissions
The Network orchestration module is for whoever runs a network of repairers: routing jobs with an explainable score per partner, offering a job to one partner, a live view with deadlines, onboarding partners, closed rings of partners, commission rules and a register of disputes.
Who it is for
Whoever orchestrates a repair network: a network operator, an insurer or a buying group. A partner garage that only receives jobs does not need this module.
Network orchestration stands apart from Repairs: a repairer buys a workshop, an orchestrator buys the network around many of them, and an insurer may take the network without a workshop.
What it does
-
1. Routing with an explanation
The staff member picks the purpose, the assignment mode, the shortlist length, exclusions and optionally an insurer, and sees each candidate's score per factor.
-
2. Dispatch to a partner
The routing is recomputed on the server, the decision is kept in full, and one chosen partner is offered the job. When a deadline is missed, the job is routed on.
-
3. Configuring routing
Rules and weights are editable. Proposals to shift weights based on performance are accepted or rejected.
-
4. Live view
Every open offer across all partners, with its deadline and time left, the routing decision behind it and the work order once accepted, most urgent first.
-
5. The partner network
An overview of partners, insurers and fleets, connecting a partner you manage yourself or one that confirms from its own environment, checking partner profiles and a dashboard with lead time, satisfaction and acceptance per partner.
-
6. Closed rings
Rings of partners with admit, suspend and reinstate. A ring can be exclusive or give priority in routing. Another organisation can be given the mandate to run a ring.
-
7. Partner onboarding
A step plan with company identification, contract, capability profile, technical connection, framework agreement, routing baseline, training and activation.
-
8. Commissions and partner tiers
Versioned commission rules as a percentage, a fixed amount or per band, volume bands and partner tiers. Accrued commissions are settled with an invoice.
-
9. Dispute register
An overview of disputes over rework and over findings.
What it does not do
- No marketplace between strangers: a closed ring is the only search scope.
- Tavuni takes no percentage of the job value; the commission rules are the orchestrator's on its own partners.
- Tavuni does not move money between the parties.
- A job goes to one partner at a time today; the dispute register is read-only.
